Despite millions of dollars spent in high quality training programs, guest loyalty metrics showed minimal enduring progress. In many cases, customer satisfaction actually worsened during a few months of course finishing. Great outcome on spending, right?

 

 

Service quality numbers? Awful

 

 

I do believe companies should focus on improving the experience. If they do this they ultimately will increase customer support also. Most leaders say happy teams make happy clients.
